Call for donations
Currently, version 1 of the flame tracer is under development. The designs for the electronic components and the control interface are funded.
However, the mechanical design and initial manufacturing costs will still need to be paid for.
To achieve this, we are organizing a fundraising campaign on Ulule which will open on February 2, 2026.
Once the electronic board and components are ready, their integration will need to be planned, and all the mechanical functions of the machine will need to be considered:
Robustness, because it is intended for touring shows.
Sufficient waterproofing to allow play even in moderate rain.
Easy and safe assembly to create modular screens.
Maximum lightness for ease of implementation.
A design to make the show even more beautiful.
The estimated cost of the mechanical study is €1000.
Once the plans are finalized, I'll also need to buy the components to build the first machines. I'm aiming to build four machines so I can put on the first shows.
The estimated cost of the parts is €2000 per machine.
Other forms of support
We initially considered offering an investment solution with royalty-based returns. For this model, we contacted specialized firms but abandoned the idea due to the high fees they requested: 25% of the planned funds (compared to 8% on Ulule).
